The rooms are cleaned before arrival and you have to pay for top up cleans. The cleaning is just surface and we had to buy cleaning supplies ourselves as the floor was so dirty it leaves feet black. We asked for cots several times before arrival but not there so had to chase. Staff are not available so have to WhatsApp for help. Have to bring or rent beach towels. Room design is basically a bunker with no windows so good for sleeping but not hanging out in. Great location and value for money if you are looking for something on seven mile beach area that is no frills.
