Location is excellent. Beware of inner rooms. Loud Aircon, smells. Avoid room 103. Despite high price of room, that does not get you away from the inner windowless rooms. Insist on a room with a balcony. We switched after first night and then could sleep.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights at a stretch and then two single nights within a week. It is a lovely, very comfortable hotel with Scandinavian-style furniture, creating a perfect balance for a relaxed stay when you travel for vacation or work.  It is in the heart of Kandy city, offering a spectacular lake view. Both the managers on duty and the staff were very friendly and helpful. During my third visit, they upgraded me to a suite without additional charge. The price is reasonable, and I highly recommend the Radisson Hotel in Kandy.

Great venue with very nice finishings. The room was very nice, it was a bit loud but this is everywhere in kandy! Highly recommend. Staff was also very helpful.

Night time view good and lot of effort to control mosquitoes , bath room got lot of amenities and really good. Front desk staff is trying to do their best. Very young people at front desk super helpful and nice.

Tucked away in the corner of Kandy Lake, this place is a great escape from the downtown region. Within walking distance of the Sacred Tooth Temple and Kandy Cultural center. The room is spacious and the bathroom/shower is luxurious. For me, the biggest highlight is the staff who are very friendly and go the extra mile to make your stay more comfortable. They have a restaurant on the ground floor that you can't find on Google maps, but trust me, the food is very delicious, generous portions, and reasonably price. The last best thing is that they accept card, which is rare in Sri Lanka in my experience.

The Grand Kandyan, is a 5-star property, tucked away in Kandy only 0.7 mi from Sri Dalada Maligawa. It welcomes guests with a spacious outdoor pool and complimentary WiFi access.

Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations ,Great Staff .very clean good location ,restaurant makes lovely dinner and breakfast .rooms are very comfortable and clean. We stayed 1 night in Kandy and stayed in Theva Residency. Staff is extremely helpful and kind, it has a nice mountain view. However it’s far from the city center, you need 15 min drive with tuk tuk. If you’re looking for chill and silent environment, you can chose this place.
