Very nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Marco the host and his team are so friendly. The property is very well located and the breakfast and other meal/drink options are delicious. Great value for money, overall one of the best stays we had in Sri Lanka.

I really loved the peaceful atmosphere in the garden! The bed was comfortable and the location in Madiha was perfectly close to the beaches and nice restaurants.

We loved our room with a pool view and access to two sun-beds right in front of the terrace. The room was big and very modern. The breakfast buffet had a lot to offer, cold and warm plates, fruits, etc. Also, the location was amazing - only 5 minutes walk from Coconut Tree Hill and 15 minutes to Parrot Rock.

The location is peaceful. The property is nice with a rustic feel. Large rooms with a good view , a nice common balcony. The pool was clean. Staff was accommodating but there was a language barrier and requests were not fully understood. The beach is rocky, good for a stroll, can't swim.
