The sea view rooms were big and comfortable - nice bathrooms with everything you need. The rooftop pool was excellent and worth a visit. Decent mall downstairs and arcade for the kids was food fun. The buffet restaurant had nice food but no atmosphere and was quite expensive for what it was. Good for a 1-2 night visit but that's it.

I loved going g back in a time warp to imagine what Ceylon would have been like. A grand old establishment created by the British, of course they had to created home comforts. Quite nostalgic and eerie at the same time. I loved the 4th floor restaurant. If you're coming to stay, it's a great buffet with a view and really well priced.

Everything. The location is heart of buzzing city, quite convenient to shopping anything. I was able to walk to the stores. Reception area is comfortable and clean. Very large area also. Outside of the room also clean. Room was very comfortable and had all the facilities.

The room was very neat and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The view of the lotus tower from the room was great. Location of the hotel was great. Rooms were cleaned daily on request. Overall a very satisfying experience to stay in the hotel.
