We had an absolutely amazing stay here. Right from the start. The staff met us on arrival with cold cloths and welcome drinks. Our cabanas were amazing! Set right in the jungle with glass all around. Felt very luxurious! The infinity pool was a great size so you could have a proper swim and the natural pool was refreshing and cool in the heat of the day! The staff were incredible and went out their way to help you. The onsite bird park was an added bonus. I had a sports massage which they were able to arrange for me at short notice. We had an incredible breakfast- so much food and we ate at the restaurant both evenings. The three course set menu at 2500 rupees we felt was such good value given the beautiful setting from the restaurant and the food was delicious and the menu was different each day. We've stayed at some great places during our trip here and this one was a really stand out!

A wonderful and comfortable hotel in a stunningly beautiful place on the lake. A spacious room with a balcony overlooking the lake and the sunrise. Delicious food and a pleasant stay. Beautiful location with breathtaking views. The property is set in an amazing vast spice garden. The property is quite spread out so depending where your room is located, there’s a bit of walking up and down hill. The staff is very attentive and friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

We only had one night here. Beautiful location. dinner was a delicious classic Sri Lankan meal and breakfast was a great omelette cooked up by the wonderful Ashoka.
The views are spectacular from the top of the hill. Also great view from the pool.
Christo was also very welcoming and made our stay as comfortable as possible. He also took us on a bush walk around the property showing us all the different plants, herbs and fruits.
If you’re lucky like we were you may spot a few wild elephants as well as the roam the hills around the property.
