Warm and friendly despite the formal appearanc at first. The staff and the watefall are amazing. Rooms could be cleaned a bit better. The management is quite open to feedback. We were invited to a homecoming of a wedding and to a small personell party. It was very nice and warming. Thank you, we had a great time. Do swim in the levels of the waterfall here. It is amazing.

Another plus is its location by the road, making it a great base for further exploration. The owners are exceptionally hospitable and always ready to help with anything you might need, adding a personal and warm touch to the stay.
