The host was incredibly helpful, reaching out to guide me to the location, which is close to everything—supermarkets, gas stations, a hospital, and the beach, all within walking distance. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything I needed, making it feel like home. I had dinner there and found the kitchen stocked with all the essentials. There’s also a large TV, AC, hot water, and even some small games for entertainment. The pool, with a stunning view of the Lotus Tower, was a highlight. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Colombo area. It was truly a comfortable and convenient experience.”

From the moment we arrived, the staffs were really helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet was lovely, with different cuisines to choose from. We stayed for 2 nights and it was really worth it for the price. We had also taken the complimentary city tour, which was good.

The staff was very fast working and helpful. Usually in Sri-Lanka people are working slow. The beds are comfortable. We arrived at 03:00 morning and departed 12:00, so they allowed us to stay extra hour for free. It was vary nice, because we were very tired. The breakfast is nice, they make a nice omlet western style, there is a choice what you can eat. Overall, i recommend to others to stay at the hotel .

I had a wonderful stay at City Hotel Colombo 02. The room was clean, comfortable, and very good for the price – definitely budget-friendly. A special thanks to Geeth at the reception – such a helpful and friendly young man! He went out of his way to help us order food and arrange a taxi. Excellent service all around. Exceptional value and great location! The staff were excellent and very accommodating and so friendly - with a free late check out (2pm). Rooms were clean and love the fact they are actively working to reduce the use of single plastics. Will defo be coming back for my next trip to Colombo!
