Location near the beach but not seeing the Sea from the villa. Breakfast was average but the electricity was off for two hours. She said power cut and starting generator. I think she does it intentionally by own. Hot water off, wifi not working, AC work but not provide quilt in the room. We booked two rooms but provided 1 drinking Bootle. After midnight she was not available on the phone in an emergency situation It will be a very worried matter.

Great cheap and convenient place to stay on the beach on the way from/to Colombo. Comfy bed, great hot shower, and lovely Maria made fantastic Russian pancakes for breakfast!

A beautiful luxurious property with gorgeous sunset. Food was amazing and service too. Only an hour from the airport. Beach very quiet but the under current is very strong so you can’t swim in the sea. There is a large swimming pool to relax in though.

It'll be easier if I describe what I disliked. When it comes to the room facilities, the air con was old and leaking, the TV was a basic one without smart features plus the picture quality was poor. I thought I'd be able to connect to Netflix. Both TV and Aircon were unheard of Chinese brands of the lowest quality from the looks. During the stay there were some random power cuts, I don't know if it's only my room. The breakfast buffet was average in variants.

Location was spectacular and had the chance of Kayaking in the Bolgoda lake which was an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our requirement. Food was delicious and their flexibility on preparing and delivering food on time as per our preference is also appreciative. Room was very spacious with all necessary furnitures and bathroom facilities. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for relaxing getaway and hope to go there again in the future as well.
