3 story apartment, lots of room. The heat was not working and the hot water in the only shower was not working. So we froze all night and then couldn’t even take a warm shower in the morning. Very disappointing. We did contact someone to let them know but the response back was that they would let their colleagues know and if we stay again in the future that they would give us a gift.

Generally, we were happy with the hotel. It is a nice hotel with very polite and helpful staff. The location was convenient, as we could reach Luxemburg city by car within 25 minutes. The room is big enough, and the bathroom has everything necessary.

I arrived here not long before midnight in the rain. The lady at the front desk was really kind and held an umbrella for me as I carried my bags from my car into the hotel. There are many places to eat nearby.
