One of the receptionists was unbelievably rude. The only thing I asked in my two day stay was for a wake up call, the receptionist rudly told me to come back later, treated me like I was a third class client.

Lovely stay! Couldnt find anything to fault. I took a single room. It has a simple yet beautiful decoration, with everything you need for a comfortable stay..And the shower was amazing. Staff was very friendly too! Very close to the train station, perfect to connect to the airport. Everything was great. I didnt have the opportunity to try the breakfast as I had an early departure in the morning. It was about 40 min away from the main Mosque..But very close overall to town centre/Medina!
