The phone in the room was not working, the front desk employees knew that the phone was not working, but the did not say anything to us, when I mentioned it to them, the response was, yes the phone doesn't work.
We ask to get sahor in the morning because myself and my husband was fasting.
The brought us 4 cookie, one banana and a bad apple.
I went to the desk asking for coffee or tea,the told me I have to pay cash for the coffee.
This place is horrible, no wifi, no hot water to take a shower.

The hotel features both indoor and outdoor seawater pools, a rejuvenating spa with treatments like balneotherapy and cryotherapy, and a well-equipped gym. Dining was a delight, with multiple restaurants serving fresh, delicious cuisine. Special thanks to Loubna from housekeeping for her meticulous attention to detail, and to the entire staff for their warm hospitality. I highly recommend The View Bouznika for a luxurious and memorable seaside retreat.
