Good for the price. The pool is small than it looks in the pictures. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast was reasonable but don’t expect much. The location is quite good as we quickly were able to walk around even at night with no problems.

We had a fantastic stay at Pickalbatros Hôtel Du Golf during the month of "January"! The hotel offers a relaxing and serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding.
A special thank you to Brahim from Guest Relations, who provided outstanding service and made our stay more enjoyable. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out. The entire staff was welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile.
While the hotel is slightly outside the city centre, the peaceful environment more than makes up for it. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Marrakech!

most of the properties does not take card payment. it is better to have internet connection rather than ask locals. there was a sim card stand in the airport that you can buy data. it is better to walk rather than get a taxi. better book a private taxi from the airport to your hotel and back.

The food was good.
The food was good. Restaurants in the Medina are cheaper away from the main square. Riad was great. The cooking class was great. I did NOT like bargaining for souvenirs. We were strung along for 1.5 hours by the guide for the Agafay Desert tour but he never showed up, and we didn't go. A lot of scams. Research ahead of time so you know what to expect. People who help you find places will demand money. Most activities and tours you can book after you get there.
Also, don't book a trip to the Marjorelle Gardens. You can buy your own timed ticket in advance and take a taxi or walk. It's much cheaper.
All said, I would not go back.

Marrakesh is a lot.
Marrakesh is a lot. A lot of beautiful, kind people and amazing food that we had never tried before. The languages were French and Arabic, with very little English, but we managed to muddle through. The problem is the motorbikes. There are hundreds, and they are everywhere. The narrow streets in the medina were terrifying at night. Walking is difficult with vehicles parked and vendors selling high on the curbs, so you are forced to walk in the streets. The scooters are going way too fast. I had to jump out of the way several times, even though we never actually saw anyone get hurt. It's a shame, too, because the souks are amazing with craftsman and women making artistic goods, but the bikes ruin it. The rest of the city has palaces rivaling the Alhambra, hidden gardens, public hammams, and gorgeous hotels. I would go back to Maison Arabe and Marrakesh but avoid the souks.

Visit The Secret Garden- lovely and relaxing.
Watch out for the mopeds and bikes in the Souk lanes , the lanes are narrow and this is the main source of transport for locals.
The local bars are generally fine and speak French/English.
Do a few day trips to the Atlas Mountains, Ouzoud Waterfalls . Essaouria on the coast is great for fish restaurants and history!

I liked the fact that all buildings were painted in desert colors. Didn't like the harrasment of the shop keepers. It was easy to get around. The taxis were in plenty. The food was too bland for my taste. The Chez Ali Fanatasia was very average; the food was virtually unpalatable; the entertainment was dismal.Marrakesh on the whole was different from Casablanca and Rabat.Liked the Bahia Palace and the Les Jardin de Majorelle the best.

Loved wandering around the city. So interesting and fun. A great gateway to visit the Atlas Mountains.
Two issues. Transit through the airport was the worst experience of any airport I have been through (and I and a frequent traveller)
There are too many tourists which gives the locals too many opportunities to rip you off"!!

Location is great for exploring the Medina. The staff is amazing, super kind and available for every request. Breakfast is amazing: Moroccan crepe, bread, eggs, delicious jam, fresh fruit. I suggest to book the transfer from the airport directly with the riad, in order to avoid taxi drivers and people on foot that will bother you as soon as you get to the city. The owner also booked us a tour to the desert, the price was cheaper than the tours they sell in the Medina and the hotels we stayed were luxury quality. Perfect!
First impressions were good, it’s advertised as a 5 star international hotel ,I would rate it a morrocan 3star hotel .the coffee table was dirty the net curtain filthy and ripped birds nesting in light on balcony messing on floor, fan in the bathroom didn’t work only one cup no glasses the three piece sweat was crap only one coffee per day, breakfast 7:00 to 1030 at 8:30 no cups no glasses no fresh orange food run out no bread fit toast tables not reset no tea spoons
The entire facility and experience was incredible. Forget 5 star, this was 6 star in the middle of Medina and hustle bustle of Marrakech. Staff were so accomodating and professional, rooms and facilities were immaculately clean and there were so many extra incidentals - like complimentary Chanel perfume in the bathroom!! The hotel and its amazing staff completely exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this haven in Marrakech!
The decoration, design and cleanliness of the Riad as well as our room were impeccable. They take care of every detail and we were always treated kindly. It made us feel like we were in a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of choices, the staff was always polite and helpful.Totally recommended.
