We didn’t end up sleeping there because we had a change of plans hence we cannot fully assess the facilities. We were having super delicious lunch there though on the beautiful terrace with gorgeous mountain view . And the guys were super lovely and helped us to organize a transport to adapt to our changed plan. Thank you so much again :)

Our stay was excellent and we really enjoyed everything—from the friendly and professional staff to the beautiful room we had. The view was also amazing. One person who truly stood out was Omar! He was very welcoming and kind to us, and he has a unique personality that made him even more special. However, we did experience an issue with the hot water in the shower. Unfortunately, even after reporting it twice, the problem wasn’t fully resolved. That said, the team assured us that it will be fixed for our next visit. Overall, it was a lovely experience that I shared with my wife.

Our group consolidated here after a hike up Toubkal. We were the only guests. Convenient location to check out shops and restaurants, etc. Parking options across the road. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff was courteous. Unfortunately, no staff could be found once we realized our cold water valve in the shower wasn’t functioning. Not possible to shower with only the very hot water. 5 of us waited to cycle through one shower in another guest room. Not how we envisioned it after 12+ hours of hiking. But, we made it work.

The views from the pool area were amazing! Breakfast was good, traditional Moroccan. We came here to relax and it was perfect for that it was so quiet. Overall we loved our stay - just a few things to make it better!
