I loved the people that I met during my visit.
I loved the people that I met during my visit. I would absolutely come back, I was only here for two full days so I feel like I need more time. Chefchaouen is a must see as well as Tetouan. I also enjoyed my visit to Cap Spartel, I didn’t go up to the top but the views from the outside were very beautiful. I didn’t think seeing the Cave of Hercules was worth it. Getting around was easy by foot and also felt easy if we had a taxi/tour guide. Be mindful of who you book tours with and read reviews because not everyone is as thorough. Tangier is a good entry to Morocco.
Tangier is a good entry to Morocco. More relaxed and European than Marrakesh. The Medina is wonderful and you don't get harassed as a much as down south. 2/3 days is enough in Tangier. Walking round the old city “Kasbar” otherwise just another city. It’s quite hilly with good views across the straights to Europe / Gibraltar. Take an open topped bus tour, leaves from the Ville ferry terminal.
