Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable experience—easily one of the best in Morocco! The staff welcomed us with genuine warmth from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to make our trip exceptional. Their kindness and attentiveness helped us plan our itinerary seamlessly, ensuring we enjoyed every moment. The hotel itself exceeded all my expectations—beautifully maintained, comfortable, and full of authentic charm. They have also a restaurant, and the food was simply outstanding and very cheap! Every dish offers a true taste of Moroccan cuisine. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a perfect stay, this is it!

Location is really great, if you wake up at sunrise you can drive to the beginning of the gorge within 10 minutes and beat the crowds. It was beautiful. The hostel itself had a lovely pool, but it was too cold for us to use it in the beginning of March, but we could imagine it’s nice when the weather is warmer. There is a stream behind the hotel surrounded by an oasis of trees, which was extremely beautiful, and the mountain behind the hotel itself. Felt like we were staying in paradise!
The only negative were the beds, they were really uncomfortable for us personally, we both had issues sleeping for a longer period of time, but since we were staying only one night and needed to wake up early the next day (to beat the crowds) it kinda worked to our advantage, although we think they should really change the mattresses and the pillows. I’m not sure if every single room is like this, but ours for sure were very hard (but I guess if you’re staying in your own caravan, like most of the other guests were, then that’s won’t be a problem for you).
The rest of the room was really nice, clean, and the view from the window was heavenly.
The staff were very hospitable and attentive. Breakfast was large and tasty, with vegan and vegetarian options e.g. msemen, Berber msemen (with light veggie filling), jams, nut butters, coffee, juice, and they brought fruit upon request (on the house) for one of us who is vegan, and the other had the eggs and yogurts they provided.

What we liked: very friendly staff, overall cleanliness, hot shower with strong jet, very good breakfast and diner, pool area (although we were not able to use it because of the cold weather), underground parking
What we disliked: the bed and pillows were too firm
Overall a very good place to stay, would recommend

Decently good big hotel. In need for some renovation, otherwise quite comfortable.
Location is not good: on the noisy main road far from restaurants and attractions, which is not critical with the car

You really don't need to stop here and stay over... The todra gorge is beautiful to see, but you could drive up to it and out again.
I recommend stopping at Family el Mabrouk restaurant on your way into the gorge for a truly authentic experience. They are so full of energy. They'll dress you up in traditional wear and take photo's for you. They even took me with to the Souk in town. Highly recommend.

I went through the local market and the downtown area, it's nothing out of the ordinary, it's typical Moroccan, I like the crowd there, it's a commotion that moves and keeps the city alive during the day, but at night it's quiet, I didn't see much because I was welding a small part of the time. Good food .

Among the palm groves we visited during our two week road trip the one in Tinerhir was the greenest, with people working in the fields. What is also nice that the Gorges are close. However you should go for a 4h walk.

Tinerhir is very authentic, with beautiful landscapes of the kasbah and the palmeraie. Nice panorama's and the Todra gorge is closeby. We arrived by bus and had lunch at the mosque square. The lunch was also very good. The had dinner at the Guesthouse and it was our best, prepared and served with dedication.

To be clear, we stayed outside of Tinerhir closer to the gorge. But, the area has extraordinary beauty and it was well worth the long drive from Marrakesh. We were there for only 24 hours and could have stayed a couple of more days for hiking and just soaking in the landscape.

The hotel location is very close to Todra Gorge - so if you are looking for a place to stay close by - it is a perfect choice.
Very kind and friendly personnel. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds.
We ate pleasant dinner and tasty breakfast. No problem with car parking.
There is a nice-looking hotel pool surrounded by palms - I guess must be truly relaxing in summer. However in November with cold mornings and evenings we did not feel like swimming.
Best Hotel we had in Morocco. Location is great. The view by the pool is stunning. We had twice very good dinner at the hotel. Parking in front of the hotel. Staff is extremly kind and so helpful. We had a lot of problems with our rental car agency. Everybody at the reception helped us to comunicate with them. We are very grateful for all the help and the involvement with our problem.
Very cozy, authentic hotel looks like local castle.
Rooms clean, good wi-fi. Nice garden with swimming pool. The is no problem with parking place. They offer possibility of diner. Good breakfast in nice traditional surrounding.
The staffs were great ! They gave us detailed information about how to go the the Gordge. The gorge was amazing. We were there for 30 minutes. It is only 20 minutes away from the hotel. Thank you everyone!
