Excellent location, only a short walk to the beach. The staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. Our room was excellent with a large comfortable bed and good facilities.

    A lovely walk along the beach from our Guest house. Some nice bars and restaurant's in the area. Beaches clean and not crowded. Shame you can not access the island itself, but good photo opportunities

    Sveti Stefan is pretty boring place.

    Sveti Stefan is pretty boring place. On daytime it is ok with nice beaches and view, but without lot of caffes or restaurants, especially in the evening when you don't have too much places to go. However Budva is 10-15 minutes of driving.

    The views and sunsets are amazing.

    The views and sunsets are amazing. Some lovely restaurants in Sventi Stefan itself, and a lovely pebbly beach but if you are not staying in the town you do require a car to get around as there are no pavements linking one town to the next and it's a very busy, main road. It is easy to travel by car to other nearby towns and there is a good variety of different beaches to see.

    The owner of the property was incredible.

    The owner of the property was incredible. She was so nice and hospitable. She gave us great recommendations for places to eat. She offered beach towels and even an umbrella we could use while we were there. The breakfast that is included is at a nearby cafe and was delicious. The view from the patio is breathtaking and the beach is a 10 minute walk, it is stairs though and that was a little tiring, but worth it. The beach is the most beautiful beach I have ever been to. I would definitely stay here again.

    There is a big beautiful beach in Sveti Stefan. You can enjoy the view of the island. Admittedly, there are a lot of people here during the season, so we often rested on neighboring beaches, where there are fewer vacationers

    We arrived late and departed early the next morning, so we didn't get the opportunity to really explore this area. We visited in anticipation of stunning scenery and were not disappointed in what little or schedule permitted.

    Location: in the pitoresque village of Sveti Stefan. 2 mins from Minimarket, tour office, restaurants. Very quiet, not noisy and in 5 mins walk to the main beach. Cleaning: the daily cleaning service was eccellent. I loved that I had a kettle in my room , so I could have hot coffee or Tea. I love the little balcon with seaview. I think price was good for the service I got. The air conditioning in the room was perfect. Jovan and the other receptionist were vero helpful and friendly. I will definitely come back. Thanks Massimo

    I usually don’t write reviews but this was one of the most wonderful experiences I’ve had and I have been in great hotels all over the world. The staff was very helpful, always available, the restaurant had superb food, very well done and tasteful, the venue and the view were perfect for Sveti Stefan.. And there is also a beautiful pool and sauna, jacuzzi and turkish bath.. Just perfect

    Nice place, clean and with a nice balcony and view. About 10-15 minutes walk to the beach (the return way is 15 minutes because you have to go uphill). Nicest beach in the area. We regret spending time to drive to different beaches, when we had the nicest one near our location. Not many restaurants in Sveti Stefan. But you can find many in Petrovac.

    The owner was very welcoming, the location was very close to the beach, aircondition in the living room worked perfectly, nice to have a balcony with a view, short walk to the local shop and some restaurants, comfortable bed, clean towels were provided after a few days.
