The location was great, in the city center. We would not have visited the center if the hotel would not have been so central. The personnel was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has a great restaurant, we had a very nice dinner there.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Big supermarket right across the street. Quiet, clean and safe.

Breakfast was very solid, but quite standard, nothing fancy. Rooms are clean with nice bathrooms. Not too many fancy features there as well, but all essentials are present. The location of the hotel is great, the view is great, especially recommended in warmer months. The staff is exceptionally pleasant.

The location is great, the staff very friendly and of great assistance. Breakfast was excelent,good choice and the size of portions is huge! The room is spacious, in 2 levels and with 2 balconies, and with a separate sitting area, very comfortable. This is central city area and parking is limited, but hotel staff helped us every day by paying daily ticket to parking service,so we did not have to bother with it. Nice place, will come back again next time we go to Bitola
