I booked a room without realising that it was on the upper floor without a bathroom and I would struggle to get my bag up the stairs. I called and was able to change room without any problem. Excellent service and I really appreciate the assistance.

The staff was friendly , the view from 7443 was absolutely stunning . The outdoor pool area was really nice . Night Manager / Reception ( maltese mature bloke ) he did go above and beyond as the first room i was given was smelly but he took the time to resolve the issue and explain everything even uf our arrival was at 2am .
