Great location within walking distance of the Sliema ferry, bus stop, and charming streets with cafes and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is quite varied and filling.
The only downsides were the high humidity in the room and, in my opinion, the mattress could be replaced for better comfort.
A special thanks to the kind owner for allowing us to store our luggage after check-out until our late evening flight.

Good value: room was bigger than we expected, good breakfast with lots of options and some variety from day to day, the rooftop for sunbathing and the indoor pool and sauna - though those were a bit busy at the end of the day.
Room service was quick and good value, and there were lots of other restaurants options within the hotel.

SLEIMA was a central place, from where we set out to travel throughout Malta, including the island of Gozo.
There are many restaurants in Sleima, we did not visit the beaches to swim, we have many of them in Israel. We visited the bays, enjoyed the history, architecture, museums and archaeological sites

'Tourist Sliema' is generally limited to both sides of very busy Strand road and waterside promenade. Great proximity for the ferry to Valletta and harbour cruises and swimming cruises to Gozo. To get to Gozo itself for touring you need to cross to Valletta and catch the ferry from Grand Harbour. Lots of modern buses to the various tourist destinations.
There are massive building projects throughout Malta and the quality of the frontage footpaths is not considered til building completion. Sliema is no exception and rough concrete footpaths predominate throughout.
Plenty of restaurants and bars, long happy hours and good quality food in most of the restaurants with multiple cuisines available. Very busy when we went (Early April) - suspect even busier in the summer months.
Probably a place for the younger generation rather than the older to which Valletta is more suited.

We originally considered Valetta but changed after further investigation and so glad we did. The Waterfront was an excellent choice of hotel with plenty of attractions nearby. Good to have long flat promenade to walk along. Easy to visit Valetta by bus or ferry.

Sliema has many hotels, shops and restaurants. The hotels are typically very economical and it provides a low cost accommodation alternative. Bus and ferry connections to Valletta and other parts of Malta were very good.

It was a very basic hotel. Polite staff. Clean, functional, but old and shabby. Great value for off season. Ideal location round the corner from our office and the central commercial district of Sliema. No food provided , but Chinese underneath and many other facilities in local area.
Super new clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable spa center, excellent breakfast with plenty of choice, lots of fruits and also many vegan options
Excellent location close to the seafront, Sliema center and public transport
