What a great boutique hotel! The private beach and pool are quite nice, and it's only a ten-minute walk to one of the best public beaches I've ever visited, at Mon Choisy. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the restaurant and snack bar are good, and the staff were extremely attentive to our needs. We had a lovely few days and highly recommend it!
With an outdoor pool, Casa Florida Hotel & Spa is only a 5-minute walk from the sandy beaches of Pereybere. All rooms feature private balconies or terraces with views over the hotel’s lush garden.

I can highly recommend this place - and I highly question some of the reviews that you can find online about this little hotel.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms incl kitchen & balcony/terrase are big, nice and clean. It’s 1 minute by foot to the public beach. The hotel has a little beach access as well - where u can also swim in theory. The overall staff is super super sweet incl lady at the reception (she is there every day from morning until 4.30 and then there is also always someone), the cleaning ladys, the boys at the breakfast area with a nice seating to the ocean.
The dinner restaurant & the bar is not in use anymore - so for dinner & drinks you need to use one of hotels/restaurants next to it - and there are plenty of them by foot within 1-5 minutes (just use google maps..) and also a super market 5 minutes.
Breakfast was also everything there you need (fruits, bread, croissant, yoghurt, omelette, plenty of of fresh juice etc.) - but it’s true; you need to be on time otherwise it can be empty.
Cleaning is done everyday (only Sunday it’s off which is OK imo).
You get beach towels.
Check-in and check-out went perfectly well & super fast - thanks so much!
It’s a quiet place - which we liked very much. The pool is also nice and we used it every day - so yes - you can use it! The garden is super super nice (from the rooms to beach/pool/breakfast area).
You can reach the public beach by foot if you walk along the street (1 minute to the left) - or along the ocean just from the hotel. There is also an additional public beach 5-10 minutes by foot to the other way.
You can park your car in front of the reception - plenty of space.
Very good value for money (maybe a bit for for couple then for families with kids

A sophisticated hotel with some old-fashioned charm. Excellent staff.
The hotel is completely new and has lovely rooms and facilities. The beach is cosy and the views are spectacular. We really recommend visiting the two island (flat island and Gabriel island) with the hotel operator. The beaches are like paradise and the snorkelling was good.
The hotel staff is amazing, especially the receptionist who helped us sort out an issue with our luggage.
We booked a junior suit and the room was huge. Best to choose a room on the first floor as otherwise you have the other hotel guests walk in front of your windows.
It was an incredible experience. The staff from dining room to reception, housekeeping to management were great. All very friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. The hotel was super clean, with amazing views, and peaceful.
The food was exceptional and we had zero complaints. The waiting staff also made it very memorable!
Management was also keen is making sure our stay was flawless and that was appreciated.
the staff were amazing. The hotel does a wonderful job in making everyone feel welcome. Everything was immaculately clean too. They looked after us and our 1 year old baby fantastically.
Really nice hotel, very comfortable and well set out without being too flashy or extravagant.
Good options for water sports and snorkelling etc. from the place, all included for free.
