Location was great. Did not eat in the restaurant once we found out they did not accept cash. You could put on a card or charge to your room only.

We have been coming to Bucerias for many years.

We have been coming to Bucerias for many years. We feel at home in Bucerias. There is plenty to do and lots to see. The town is friendly and safe and there are plenty of eateries. The Red Apple Place is one of our favourites and Ricardo makes a delicious Margarita! It's very easy to get around on the bus and bus fare is very cheap. Bucerias has grown and changed over the years, but it's still our favourite place to stay. The sunsets are amazing and the beach is sandy and beautiful.

I live very near Bucerias but enjoy a visit there a few times every month for a change of pace. It is experiencing a lot of growth and is not the same as it was 20 years ago but is anything? It seems to becoming a mini PV and there are obvious signs of infrastructure struggles. So go now and check it out. Some good restaurants there. Make sure you read reviews before you eat out. Enjoy!

The people were so friendly and helpful.

The people were so friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and the weather wonderful Mr and Mrs Fish was delicious and good proportions. Margaritas excellent and our waitress Stephanie was such a delight. Italian restaurant was delicious and also Paninos Bakery was so good we were there often.. We could walk to the restaurants and into the town square and the beach. A great location. The only issues we had was the traffic noise and the barking dogs at all hours of the day and night. The conditions of the roads was not good. Broken pavement and tiles everywhere made walking risky and dangerous

The beach in Bucerias is lovely.

The beach in Bucerias is lovely. Great place for walks, a dip in the ocean, or some seaside dining. The plaza and downtown area are a little rough around the edges. But that's part of its charm. There are several very good and unexpected restaurants for a Mexican beach town.

We live in the Lake Chapala area where EVERYONE is friendly.

We live in the Lake Chapala area where EVERYONE is friendly. Bucerias is very tourist-oriented, so not as friendly. As gringos, our limited Spanish brought great rewards in terms of friendliness. I don't know if there's anything to do there but go shopping & sit on the beach. But, that's why we go to the beach, right? Very surprised how few restaurants accept dogs! That's an urban vibe I can live without.

Although Bucerias is growing quickly and people are buying up property, it is still considered a nice, quiet Mexican town that you can enjoy and relax in. There are many activities to do or you can do as little as you wish. Something for everyone.

The location (very close to Bucerías city center, and it is in the beachfront), The service (the host was super kind and always available to give us recommendations of what to do and where to eat. She also explained all the rules and indications of the apartment and the facilities in the building), The facilities within the apartment and in the building (the gym and the pool at the sky-deck).

Great little hotel, very basic. Great AC, great beach access, rooms are large, sparsely decorated. Beds are horrible, however we were only there 1 night, and I would definitely stay again.

Great location. Unlike our PV hotel, we had a coffee maker and small fridge in our room. They were very responsive to our questions and needs, eg: offering to arrange taxis,
