We arrived on a quiet Wednesday, but the staff was slow and inattentive. It took ages to get a menu and food, which was disappointing in quality. Despite spending on food and drinks, I was denied a glass of water—something that should be legally provided (Ley General de Alimentación Adecuada y Sostenible). They also didn’t accept card payments. Our room was poorly maintained: the fan didn’t work (with cobwebs as proof), the AC was unbearably loud, and the bathroom had mold, broken handles, and humidity stains. My towel looked ancient. We tried to enjoy the amenities, but the billiards room smelled like cat urine, had loud, strange music with ads, and someone started hammering nearby. In the mini golf area, they left us without lights. The front desk staff was friendly, but overall the hotel feels abandoned and neglected. I wouldn’t recommend it.
