The staff were great. We had to reduce our stay by one night (to get to the airport in time nothing to do with the hotel) and the lady on the desk went out of her way to help with all our questions via Google translate…
Hotel is close to the beach, the town is fun.
Try the tacos at the market they are delicious and much cheeper than the beach. (shrimp tacos from the main La Palapa on the beach also delicious though got to try that at least once too)
And try the family run La Takiza on C.13 in the evenings, that was the best option at night.
Ps do your research before jumping on the first flamingo trip you come across there are at least 3 different options and they vary in value for money ;) and it’s best to do first thing in the morning for more birds.

Cabana is located directly on the beach. We basically had the beach exclusively.
The cabana is equipped with everything needed for a successful stay (kitchen, living room, large comfortable bed, large TV, air conditioning and fan), and the facility is clean.
10 minutes' walk to the town center.

The beach club was very nice. The staff was friendly and overall we had a great experience. We booked a full body massage and it was private in our room. The beach itself is very nice. The drinks and food are bit expensive.
