A very satisfying one-night stay! This hotel has a spacious parking area, which made things very convenient for me. The room was clean and comfortable. Its location is excellent—very strategic and easily accessible. I highly recommend others to book a stay here. Truly worth it!

My car park right beside this hotel and someone scratch it(very obvious on the front right to the back door, stripe line ). I request the management to provide cctv footage to check who did it but the manager promise to sent me but he totally ignore it after few days I went back. There is not even any response from the management. Earlier the management told me that outside hotel is public area but they can provide footage, but now turn around and didn’t bother. Very bad luck with this not helpful type of management attitude. I should have report to police if I know this earlier and let them reach out to this management. Have past the time,so no point of reporting to police. Secondly, stay one night in the hotel causes my hand to be reddish. The cleanliness is not there. Hotel room rate is cheaper due to discount, now I understand cheap has low quality room. I’m totally fine without any sickness or disease when I go to the hotel. One night stay is a disaster. I told the management about this incidence and I receive unacceptable feedback. They told me to have body checkup before they can do anything. Come on, I’m healthy all this while before came to stay in this hotel and just one night has turn to nightmare. I came to this Jerantut area for leisure and didnt do any outdoor activities. However, getting this kind of response as though I’m the main cause. Didn’t hear any kind word from the management at all. This is so far my worst hotel experience ever in my life. I hope everyone who read this will understand how I feel. Not faking any fairytale but this is the truth. I give zero rating to this hotel, not return back here anymore.

Staff very² friendly. Uncle Max were so very helpful even late at night and Uncle Max was about 87yo. Kuddos to all staff. Kakak in the morning was really helpful. Forgot to ask the kakak’s name from Terengganu. I do like the area so real MUCH….!!!! The hotel was located in housing area which is so serene & so relaxing far from main road.

The staff is great, responsive and dedicated. Our Family room with bathroom was very cute, and confortable. The food was great, both breakfast and dinner.
