Staff were friendly, forgot to take picture of the room but it was clean and had no funky smell! I forgot to check whether there were lifts prior to check-in (they don’t have lifts) we had our 80+ yo grandma, so thankful that they gave us ground floor which my grandma was sooooo pleased hahha. We had a king and super single which was so big considering its a boutique hotel. It was a lovely stay and we even got to meet the owner during breakfast! Btw breakfast was simple, neat, clean, and just so well thouht out! You could tell he really took pride in taking care of his hotel :) its inspired from his trip to Switzerland. Definitely coming back to stay here when we come for family trips again!

After check in.. We went out for our meal. When we het into the room to freshen ourselves... Found out there is no bath towels. Since there is no phone to contact housekeeping.. We had to get down and request from the receptions personally.

The room was comfortable and matched expectations. Overall, the hotel provided a decent stay and was suitable for a short rest. However, there were a few cleanliness issues—some dust in the room and the toilet could have been cleaner. Also, there were no hangers provided, which was slightly inconvenient. With some improvements in these areas, the stay would have been much better.

I like the location.. easy to find the food.. just at downstair. The price is reasonable, but the cleanliness of the room could be improved. The staff at the counter really polite n helpful.

We didn't know the place well so we ended up eating breakfast at the only place we know everyday. Same thing for dinner - kept going back to the same place. Good Chinese restaurants that used to be in Pontian Kechil have closed down. But it was nice that Kukup was not very far away. The house is very big.
