One thing I really like about this hotel is the bed. The bed is so soft, comfortable, and very cozy. I made a request for a nice room, and the staff took note of it. The check-in process was easy, no need to deal with the counter, especially since I arrived late and was tired. It's perfect for couples, but for families with children, it might be better to book a larger room
