    Bad experience.

    Bad experience. I never mind if need to pay RM100 for deposit but what im really disappointed is end up i can't get my deposit back in 24hours and they hold my deposit untill end of this month. Its so rude! I never met a management that uses this ridiculous method for return back customers deposit! Can you imagine what i feel right now?

    Unresponsive host.

    Unresponsive host. Already transferred the booking fee and security deposit however host chose to not provide the check-in instructions. Did not pick up call, did not reply to messages on Booking and WhatsApp. Went to the address provided but no one is there to assist on the check-in, need to contact with the host. Ended up staying at another place. Contacted Booking.com customer service to assist on cancellation.

    The Ardence sky studio Unit No. Block A Level 12 Door No 16 Tel : 011-6276 7996 The landlord received a deposit of rm100, and did not return the deposit to me for more than 72 hours. However, it has been written on his list that it will be refunded within 24 hours~ I called him and he didn’t answer, and he didn’t reply to the message saying when the deposit will be refunded ~
