Warm welcome, amazing view from the cottage, good food and not too far from the gate if Sossusvlei. We also did appreciate the option to sleep on the roof looking to the stars.

We had the most fantastic stay at Naukluft Lodge, apart from the spectacular surroundings, everyone on the staff was super friendly and nothing was ever too much to do to ensure we had a comfortable stay. As for the food, it was just on another level, prepared with love and care by Sophy and her team! Thank you Kia, Tina and Thorsten for such a memorable stay!

The gardens and lodge are very pretty and well maintained. The location is good for a short stopover. The chef was great and the food was delicious, and the other staff members were lovely.

Friendly staff that were not intrusive and quick to assist when called. Made our stay very comfortable. The rooms and beds were clean. Perfect stop for when visiting Sossusvlei or stopover for drive to Swakop.

Suitable for one or maybe two nights.
Suitable for one or maybe two nights. There's a shop, petrol station, bakery and lots of parking as well as the hotel and restaurant. Nice outdoor areas and a camp site and the sunsets were great! Food and drinks are well priced at around 200NAD for a meal, 22NAD for a beer and 150NAD for a bottle of wine. Gifts in the shop are slightly more expensive than we saw elsewhere but not loads. Wooden bowls for 195NAD was the same as in the market in Windhoek. There is a reserve and they have 5 cheetahs who are cared for as they were taken in as cubs due to circumstances. Well cared for and seeminly content. Game drive to visit them was around 370NAD each.

We stayed at Agama Lodge for 3 nights and it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The luxury room was superb, aircon most wellcome, the food was good and the pool was a gift from heaven.
We enjoyed the delicious food. The staff was friendly, always available and very friendly. The sundowner drive was the highlight. We can only but highly recommend Agama Lodge to anyone travelling to Sossusvlei.

The tent was very spacious and had all the comforts of a hotel room. The view of the red cliffs was beautiful. The tents were well spaced for privacy. The BBQ was in good condition and the light from the stoep was sufficient for cooking the meat. We were delighted when bat eared foxes came after dark and next morning watched a gemsbok eating flowers from a nearby tree.
Great staff! They are always willing to help and make you feel as comfortable as possible.
After a night we wanted to change to Solitaire Country Lodge, and that was no problem at all. There the staff is also amazing! Hope to be back one day!
The hotel was clean and value for money is unbeatable. We had a modern and very large room. The food was very good if considering that you are in the middle of the desert. The evening sundowner was one of the best I ever had.
Everything! I would just suggest to reception to offer activitiea when you arrive cause literally solitaire is in the middle of nowhere. But we ask and really fast they offer things to do!
