A well set up holiday home. Immaculately clean and in a stunning location. Hosts kept us informed and checkin was simple. Loved the short walk to the beach but we were pleased we packed our gumboots 😉

Boasting a garden and views of sea, Koru Accommodation & Hot Tub is a recently renovated homestay situated in Barrytown, 16 km from Punakaiki Scenic Attraction.

Nigel and Karen were the best hosts we could have asked for. Meeting them has been a highlight of our entire trip. Will definitely be going back if I'm in the area.

Rataview Cottage and Rata Cottage are situated on the edge of the stunning Paparoa National Park on the South Island's West Coast.

It was a lovely place to stay, tidy and clean with a view out to the ocean.

Amazing view. Quiet location apart from the sound of the ocean. We loved falling to sleep listening to the crashing of the waves. Very clean comfortable room. Lovely breakfast with their hens eggs.

Lovely hotel, bed could have been better. And we were beside the main road so a bit noisy when the big trucks came through in the morning

    Loved the space was comfortable felt like home kitchen bathroom and outdoor area. Hot tub was at the top of the hill didn't use it was very wet when we got there but looked nice. Breakfast was in the fridge when we git there heater was on house was warm. Recommend this wfi didn't work TV didn't connect weather was bad but it was good we didn't need to use technology.

    Barrytown itself is small but there is a good tavern, All Nations, where you can get a meal, drinks, and friendly local company. It's worth booking a tour with Golden Sands Horse and Wagon Tours for some history of the area and an old-time experience. An easy drive north from Barrytown to Punakaike and Trueman Track or South to Greymouth.

    Such a magical location. The house surreal🥰 warm n Cosy, in the midst of bush. Native birds on the deck Absolutely loved our stay and to our surprise there was a concert at the local Barrytown hall. Supurb place awesome entertainment sitting on sofas humbled by the community spirit and made truly to feel welcomed into their beautiful community ❤️ Highly recommend. Thank you Reda we loved our stay ☺️

    Really handy to the sea just a five minute walk also only a couple of km from Barrytown. Weka calling in the evening so was close to nature. Host were great, shower was fantastic great wee setup.
