Lovely hotel. Great location. Stunning views. Great breakfast. The only downside was that there was a large wet stain outside our room in the corridor with an awful unpleasant smell. Advised staff who seemed unaware of it. It appeared to us to have been a long standing leak with that dreadful odour. Hopefully, they will have it fixed for the next guests.

An excellent location for this motel, nice and central within Frank Josef township. A nice spacious living area meant it was comfortable and relaxing spending some time here. A very nice touch for them to provide a little bit of breakfast for the morning.

quaint quirky. Cross between a motel and upmarket backpackers with everything you need. Antiques from last century in all rooms with old pictures in bark frames. Very compact rooms. owner on site and great guy. Perfect location

Location was great - easy to walk to everything. Apartment was clean and spacious with good amenities. Would have preferred a settee instead of a second bed. Only 1 armchair.

Lovely compact unit with all you need for a retreat from the roadtrip or those arduous activities around Franz Josef Town. Staff were exceptional. Easy walking distance to the whole town. Restaurants and cafes just metres away.

Friendly welcome...lovely spot...appreciated the milk for tea and coffee making...great motel
