While this is a very basic motel, it was an excellent location for why we were in Pukekohe. The rooms were very clean and it was quiet.

Free off-street car parking and free Wi-Fi are on offer at Touchwood Motor Lodge. All rooms have a modern private bathroom and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

We got upgraded to a 1-bedroom unit from a studio, which worked so well for us since my husband and I wake up at different times. The unit was quiet, well set up, and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were decent, which we appreciated. One morning, we walked to Woolworths for some breakfast supplies. It's a pleasant 800m walk. We stayed for 2 nights while visiting family and would definitely use Touchwood Motor Inn again in the future

We go to Pukekohe quite regularly throughout the year due to very close friends that live there. For us Pukekohe is a nice place but our friends there is what makes it. Nice town and some very good restaurants to dine at.

Nice property inside with everything you could want, however dishwasher failed after 2 nights due to not being properly maintained. The biggest issue for me was location and owners not transparent of the fact that major road right next to property with big double trucks, hoon cars, loud motorcycles and traffic constantly travelling on it. First night I was woken up in fright to bed shaking thinking was earthquake but then realised it was from the big trucks passing. Later confirmed by neighbours this is normal!! Owners deceptive in advertising about this. Tried to sort out with owners but told no refund or compensation as map showed road on booking, but if you not a local how to know what type of traffic on that road? Very disappointing.

Loved the smell of country air. Accomodation & Hosts excellent. Loved the pets always makes a difference & the property, view & privacy Excellent. There wasn't much not to like. Maybe if anything from the busy main road the signpost could be missed. Would definately stay again.

    Loved the main shopping street.

Loved the main shopping street. Lots of bargains and friendly shop assistants and the restaurant we chose for dinner had a great vibe and staff and delicious food. Loved its close proximity to Glenbrook Vintage Railway and New World just across from our accommodation.

Pukekohe is a nice place to visit not the busy hustle and bustle of Auckland. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at one of the Thai Restuarants the meal was superb and the staff at Countdown were extremely friendly. The Farmers Market was great to go to with lots of fruit ,vegetables and crafts.
