I thought the 3 bedroom apartment is in the the same building, but I been told it’s on the opposite side which is approximately 7 to 10 mins walk. So literally you are not staying in the hotel. Walking to the swimming pool area and back as well if you need something from room then you will have to walk back all the way.. we called for hair dryer 3 times and every time been told it’s on the way and of course we checked out without getting it. The staff at the pool area and the pool bar should be taught how to approach the customers they are not friendly at all.. the staff are not welcoming except the reception staff are great.
