There is something quite magical about this location, and the layout is quite lovely, right on the beach, and my goodness swimming in the sea here at sunrise was one of my favourite memories from my trip to Oman. Nasser is a very kind and attentive host, who prepared a nice BBQ fish dinner for us. We saw turtles when we were swimming in the sea.

Great location for a remote stay to get away from city life. The villas are private with a pool. It’s completely off the beaten track, but close enough to drive 30 mins to travel to tourist sites.
They have a very limited food menu and not white amount of vegetarian options. It’s all served in your villa, at a designated time but you have to order 2 hours before you want it delivered.
The cleaning could be better.

Fantastic property right on the sea front. You can head the waves from the outside area. The property is beautifully decorated and furnished. Modern amenities. The host was outstanding, he answered every question I had and made fantastic recommendations for places to eat, he was so helpful. The property is 20 minutes drive from wadi shab which make it an excellent stopping point for this. Would highly recommend.

Great house and easy to reach. I would've given higher rating if the AC wasn't so horribly noisy. This must be fixed...it's very loud.
The kitchen needs better plates and utensils and a toaster. Also the kitchen should be cleaner.
