-Staff were welcoming and showed great hospitality and professionalism. -free upgrades are offered upon availability,they will not second guess to make your stay memorable -Rooms are spacious and clean -One of the very few destinations in OMAN where pool and beach exists together yet it’s the most affordable one with value guaranteed -breathtaking views with lots of green area -cabanas here and there -I was impressed by the changes they made and the continued progress they are working on -Facilities were excellent: -Supermarket with normal prices (with all essentials,souvenirs and more ….) -many games (table tennis,pool table,babyfoot,badminton,Golf,and different sport’s courts…) -gym and spa with sea view,super clean and spa price list was even cheaper than salons yet quality and experience are promising. -The cherry on the cake was the water park,small one yet was more than enough for fun,very suitable for kids and surprisingly some slides can be enjoyed by elder people. -and finally a Resort in Oman with varieties of water sports activities (extra charges of course but very affordable for extra fun (jet ski the one we tried(zero regret)) -another appreciation for every single individual working there (indoor and outdoor) dear team your efforts are seen and appreciated,with all that pressure you kept your smile and hard work,extra appreciation for those who are working under that sun,May God bless your hearts for being that much friendly with guests despite the Hot weather. It became my favorite destination and I booked on spot after one week,with all this standard will make sure that this beautiful resort will become my second home whenever possible

I loved staying at this resort. Although the location wasn’t excellent, yet the staff made it super comfortable. Thanks a lot and I’ll comeback for sure again, but I’ll choose the other type of rooms they have.

Old but Clean

Location was just ok, no need of SUV, sedan car also can go to direct resort. There is nothing special location near by the resort. But inside the resort there are lots of activities. We really had fun. The entire area is pretty clean. Its a 3 BHK single floor villa. It has a private pool, private football court, table tennis, snooker, barbeque area etc. Good for hanging out with family or friends upto 15 people. Highly recommended.

This was one the best experiences I ever had staying somewhere while travelling. Not even a 5 star hotel could provide the service I was given here. Majid is a professional of hospitality. The home had everything you could ever need. It was clean, spacious and practical. If there is a need for anything, Majid was always nearby and available. The surrounding location has everything you could need. The city of Muscat is only an hour or so away. I have travelled the world and I don't take it lightly when I say this was the ultimate lodging experience. Thank you
