Excellent restaurant with very fair prices and wide selection, and maintenance of grounds. Some things in the rooms could use attention such as curtain rods falling down easily when you try to close or open curtains, lights not working consistently... It's our 3rd time here so obviously we do like it!

The bed was very comfortable in the villa we had. Kitchen facilities were great. The unit itself is outstanding, with your own poolside patio. Also, the "back door" to the villas is an awesome idea. You park your car right behind the unit, then load in from there. Perfect! Access to the beach was great too...a 5 minute walk and you're there. Lots of lounge chairs, swings etc for sitting. We didn't go to the beach at night, but there were lights all over the place and a firepit.
The first unit we were assigned to was having air conditioning issues, but after being unable to fix it on the spot, we asked for another villa. They moved us without hesitation, so the customer service response was great. Not sure what would have happened if there were no other rooms available though.
I should mention that the staff was GREAT! Most of our interactions were with Jose and Antonio, and those guys were awesome! Food was good and the room was clean.

I have been living in Panama for a little over a year now, and of all the places I’ve stayed, Magic Mountain is by far my favorite. I love everything about this place. Inside each room, you will find a coffee pot, fridge, futon, comfortable bed, private bathroom, and access to a personal patio (complete with seating) where you can take in the scenic view. The attention to detail within each room makes for a truly magical stay! On top of that, the staff are remarkable people and have become my friends. Not to mention, they make a phenomenal breakfast, have adorable pets, and allow you to share your stay with your pet as well— you will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Casapreciosa is a gem! The setting is beautiful and Uta was warm, welcoming and very helpful with every detail. The room was 100% spotless. I know because I lost the back of an earring and used my flashlight to look under the bed and around every corner. No luck finding the backing, but every nook and cranny was immaculate. Breakfast was excellent, served overlooking the pool and mountains. They love animals and welcome them, too.
