The breakfast was awesome, they truly make you feel like kings and queens, I love the charm of the small town, if a light sleeper take a noise maker and or ear plugs there are plenty of roosters in this quaint town. Alicia the host is awesome! T
he place is very large with multiple public areas and we had it all to ourselves during the rainy season!

Fantastic breakfast selection, location is within short walk to restaurants and town square. Dona Maria is extremely well informed and connected to Pedasi in all ways. She set us up with a realestate tour with Helley to look at a few potential rentals.

It was a great rate and we were able to arrange a snorkel tour through the hostel to Isla Iguana where we saw sea turtles. I was able to cook all my meals there and they gave us a free breakfast everyday and there was a laundry nearby and I was able to dry my clothes there.

One real plus is it's easy to find Casa Loma. In a country that seems allergic to signs, if one follows the direction that it's directly across from the National Police station, right on the main road into town, you've got it. On the other hand, if you go by the map location . . . well, eventually you'll come back to the National Police Station.
I was greeted by (if I get his name right) Ari, who was friendly, eager to help, and seemed very in charge of the place. He made me feel welcome and right at home. He even asked if I can walk up stairs to the second floor. Which I can. Though the stairs were a bit of a challenge, especially with baggage, given that the steps are taller than standard.
One of the things I liked the most was the breakfast was included in the price. I'd like to see more places offer that. And the breakfast was excellent. Very civilized practice.
I didn't use it, but the pool looked beautiful and people seemed to enjoy it. I did make it to some of the nearby beaches, which are very beautiful.
I really liked how the place is within walking distance of just about the whole town, so getting to restaurants and the supermarket was easy.
I'd recommend staying at this hotel.

it's like turning the clock of time back...everyone waves...
it's like turning the clock of time back...everyone waves and goes at a slower pace... if you're a light sleeper take a noise maker or ear plugs there's plenty of roosters in the town it's a small farming Village...if you need big City activities and action this is not the place for you..if you would enjoy a quiet get away with everyone friendly but minding their own business in a sleepy little town this is the place for you!
