Such a beautiful stay. The personal was very kind and helpful. Scooter rental was cheap and the scooter was good. Location was perfect and there are so many friendly traveler.

Staying a at the Kaza was really good! Room was spacious for a me as a solo traveller and I think the perfect size to fit two people. Really accomodating staff members, they helped me out when I lost my keys to my room. (Although I had to pay 500php) they were nice about it and quick to get the replacement.
Also, they reduced the cost of the stay by a lot due to the construction. But honestly the ongoing renovations at the hotel didn’t really affect my stay. The noise was mostly during the day and stopped at night.
Below are a few Things I wish they had tho:
- Full body mirrors in the rooms and lobby area. There was only one personal bathroom face mirror in the whole place and it drove me nuts not being able to fully see what i was wearing ahha.
- I wish they had a direct contact to transport from the hotel to the airport. I needed to ask a separate hotel place for transport to the airport when it was time to leave.
- Balcony seating: tbh the balconies are quite spacious, could do with some outdoor chairs and a table.
Other than the above, I think the place really has potential to be a 10/10. Great location, good architecture, nice and clean rooms, great staff.

This place is just amazing! It’s quiet, cozy, and super clean – exactly what we needed to relax. The rooms are spacious, there’s hot water in the shower (which isn’t that common in the Philippines), and everything felt really comfortable and pleasant.
The location is also great – not right in the center, but only a 5-minute drive away, so it’s both peaceful and conveniently close to everything.
There’s also an outdoor kitchen that was super convenient – we used it a few times and it had everything we needed. It really added to the homey and relaxed vibe of the place.
The manager was amazing – he looked after us the whole time and really made us feel like someone genuinely cared about our stay. The rest of the staff were also super friendly and always served with a smile.
We originally came for a few days, but there was no room to stay longer – so we came back a few days later, just because we had such a great time. No doubt we’d love to stay here again. Highly recommended!
