tv was not working.washroom the water is to low have to use the bucket. Staff are nice and accomodating.To expensive from the last time we stay to the area

Maliit lang sa outer appearance, but the rooms at the back of the front building are good. Meron parking space if meron kang dala na sasakayan. They also offer food.

For 400 the staff gave us a ride (15 minutes) to the airport. There’s a small pool to enjoy. The room was large and clean with good WiFi, hot water and even a coach,

Situated in Sampong, 19 km from Centrio Mall, Tugsaw Resort features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace.

I stayed at the tugsaw resort, the room was great ,staff were ok too ,they delivered food to my room morning and evening, very pleasant. 3 tier pool it's old but it's OK still usable. I had 4 night there.the only problem is getting to the shops and market in el salvador, but you can catch a motorbike or taxi.plenty of parking, the restaurant is amazing over looks the pool and a great view of the trees you can almost see city Hall. The coconut trees are all around the pool what a great seen oh yes and laundry service too.i think ok for the family, the kids will like the pool area. And you can always go off the site and have a look in town. Check it out .book your next trip. I'm going back maybe next year. I only took videos for my friend and family I wish I took more pictures

    You'll struggle to communicate with the staff, when you can...

    You'll struggle to communicate with the staff, when you can find them, if you don't speak Pasia. The pool is pretty much the only listed facility that actually exists. The beach is not private. No are their any kayaks, snorkelling or diving equipment for hire. Their is no restaurant, coffee shop or on site store. Sachets of coffee are available, but at 6 times the cost of using the local sari sari store. The meals are brought to your room. But I had to spend at least half an hour finding a staff member to order from, as the front desk is never manned. When you do find a member of staff, the meal choices are limited to two options. One of which is always fried fish. If you are using it as a base to explore, then it is just about acceptable. If, like us, you actually wanted a relaxing beach holiday. then I would not recommend this property.
