Everything was clean and the staff is very nice. The AC is pretty loud and relatively hard to manage. Either it was too hot or too cold.

We didn’t have to worry about the tours, we booked everything with the staff, including the motorbike rental. There’s a coffeeshop downstairs run by the same people, where you can have your meals. Nice room.

Basic but ok. Be warned there are power cuts and room is hot without air con as faces the morning sun. 2 minutes walk to the whale watching though if you need to get up to queue early for tickets at 3.30 am. Take a room at rhe back you can still hear the road but much quieter. On a positive in the morning after getting your tickets you can head back to bed and wait for your numbers to almost be called to go back to take your boat (usually 2 hours after getting a ticket) as if you’re quiet you can hear the speaker calling numbers out! Was great for us. Staff not overly receptive but not unfriendly either.

The perfect place to be be the first in the water watching the whale sharks, the lady organized everything perfectly. It was really great ! I stayed just 1 night but I surely will love to come back here if I come back to Philippines ! The place is simple and very easy going. Sweet little old school bungalow.

A nice terrace (for breakfast) at the back of the hotel with steps leading down into the sea. Egg , hot dog and toast for breakfast Comfy bed. Clean room. Sea view was minimal! You could just about glimpse the sea over a roof! Small room. Good value for money.
