The hotel was very basic and the rooms were alright to stay the night.
They offer a free service to help getting tickets for the whale sharks.
You have to wake up early but with the amount of people that is the best they are very helpful.

Basic but ok. Be warned there are power cuts and room is hot without air con as faces the morning sun. 2 minutes walk to the whale watching though if you need to get up to queue early for tickets at 3.30 am. Take a room at rhe back you can still hear the road but much quieter. On a positive in the morning after getting your tickets you can head back to bed and wait for your numbers to almost be called to go back to take your boat (usually 2 hours after getting a ticket) as if you’re quiet you can hear the speaker calling numbers out! Was great for us. Staff not overly receptive but not unfriendly either.

The only good thing is that it’s right on the beach where the whale sharks are – although the tour itself is really bad because it’s way too crowded.

Lovely staff, pleasant leafy resort with nice swimming pool. Access to a small beach and games room.
We thought our room had a balcony overlooking the sea, but ours was part sea view and more car park and garden.

I would not recommend this resort to anyone, there is absolutely nothing compare to the hotel rate. If you want to go for Oslob or Kawasan falls, better stay in OSLOB or near Kawasaki falls. There is absolutely nothing in that property either beach or pool or even food. Rooms are not very clean too. Not value for money.
