Location, view, and comfort everything was perfect. As a family, we enjoyed our stay. The staff was nice and friendly. The beds were comfy, and hot water was available 24/7.

I came from Germany with a friend to explore the mountains, and staying here was the highlight of our trip. The setup is unique — you’re in the middle of the mountains but still have hotel-level comfort. The glamping tents are cozy, clean, and private. The view from our tent was straight out of a postcard. The local food they served was delicious, and the team made us feel like family. Highly recommend for any international traveler looking for peace, beauty, and adventure.

Staff: 9/10 Everyone was kind and eager to help. The only issue we had is that we had asked for our rooms to be cleaned prior to leaving for a detour and came back to the hotel 12 hours later only that the room is not clean. The staff responded that they forgot that this room was not clean. Food: 9/10 Breakfast spread was diverse and a lot of options. We had dinner two nights at the hotel and options were also very flavorful and fresh. I do recommend if they consider offering salad and fruit with the breakfast and dinner menu. Cleanliness: 10/10 Our rooms are very spacious and clean. All the toiletries you could need were nicely stocked in the bathroom. With the exception of one day one thing was missed, staff were very attentive with the upkeep

Excellent hotel lobby, room was exceptional, staff upgraded us with executive rooms while check in, welcome drinks were served. Facilities were top rated. Staff was very friendly and cooperative, breakfast was superb. Very enjoyable stay here, all stars.....

The property is not an ordinary place; it’s a concept which gets you closer to nature. While outdoors, the picturesque Rakaposhi overlooks you, the inside of the property complements different natural themes. You have to visit the property to experience the elegance this place offers!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It offers great value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is perfect, just a short distance from Baltit Fort and the local bazaar, making it convenient to explore the area. Highly recommend for anyone visiting!

Great stay at the Hunza Inn. The beds are comfortable, the location is very close to Baltit fort and the common are/lobby is great for relaxing and starting at the amazing view.

-Staff: extremely kind workers. You really experience the hospitality of Hunza from the staff here. They were do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They're care for guests is something you would see in a 5 star hotel. They even connected us to drivers who can take us around hunza. They connected us to a driver, can't remember the name, but he was probably one of the nicest and kindest man we've met in Pakistan. We planned on a one day drive to Passau cones with multiple stops on the way. He was always caring for us and make sure our experience was the best it could possibly be. In fact, he added few other stops to our trip without extra cost because he wanted us to see the best of hunza. He took us to short hike to a glacier place that we didn't even plan or know about and it was one of the highlight of our trip. The next day, we wanted to go to fort in town by local bus. We ran into him on the street. He RAN all the way back to the hotel, came to us and picked us up and drove 15-20min to the main town WITHOUT taking any money. He refused to take any payments from us. I have never experienced such kindness from a human being. He is shy and doesn't really speak much english but we were still able to find ways to communicate. I can't recommend him enough. I can't remember his name but I'm sure if you ask the front reception they will know who it is. -The room: The room was very very clean. The bathrooms were very clean as well, which was nice. And they had hot water! Finally a place in pakistan with hot water. -The view: I'm sure most people come here for the view. And I have to say, I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. I would just sit outside the balcony and watch the sunset and sunrise over rakaposhi. -Restaurant: Food were incredible. You can ask for recommendation for local dishes and they will work with you on what to order. Our breakfast was included and were awesome!
