I stayed here after previously visiting the excellent restaurant on another trip. The restaurant, in short, is worth staying for on it's own. The food is brilliant - it's creative and feels special, while remaining relatively simple and approachable. Coupled with the friendliness and hospitality of the staff this makes for a great experience. And as a bonus, it really isn't expensive either for what it is - a 3 course meal with a beer and 3 x wine pairings for £50/250PLN is good value anywhere, let alone when the food is this good. The breakfast is excellent - probably the best I've ever had anywhere.
Hospitality is fantastic - agreed to take a parcel in for me, spoke perfect English. Above and beyond what I would have expected!
The architecture is really nice and just the general level of attention to detail, from the restaurant up to the decorations in the rooms is noticeable. The general theme for both hotel and restaurant is that you can tell it's all been thoroughly thought about and executed by someone who cares about what they're doing.

Air conditioning in the studio with a sofa was beneficial during the hot evening. Breakfast was great. Unfortunately, the restaurant does not provide lunches and dinners, but there are some restaurants in the neighborhood or in the city center 15 minutes away.

Extremely clean and comfortable. Pretty views overlooking the hills. Beautiful!
The city of Sandomierz is just lovely. Beautiful market square, located on the bring of the Wistula river on the hills. The vineyards surrounding the city are beautiful. Local wines and cheeses are delicious. I strongly recommend this town for everyone. It is also affordable.

Historic Renaissance town - a must for foreign travellers to Poland, easy to get around. Favourite places: the Old Town, Town Hall, the Cathedral, The Dlugosz House, churches (especially St. Jacob's and St Joseph's), the Needle's Eye (Furta Dominikańska).
Fantastic wine from the Plochocki Vineries! The best restaurant in the area: Widnokrag, near the Opatowska Gate. Masterchef dishes and wonderful atmosphere!

Beautiful little town.
Beautiful little town. Very pretty with lots of history and things to see. Once you're in the town its easy to walk around. I loved many of the recommended places including the Queens walk, which I think many people miss.
Lots of nice places to eat too. The people were very friendly.
The countryside around, including the Pepper Mountains are lovely too.
Nearby Krzyżtopór Castle is one of the most interesting castle ruins I can remember visiting.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The staff was absolutely marvellous: open, helpful, good-humoured. There was no wish that couldn't be fulfilled, like extra towel or extra cup in the room. The location was great: right in the centre of the Old Town. The room was spacious with sofa and wardrobe, also the bathroom was spacious. We could leave the luggage after the check-out in the reception.
