Based on other reviews, we were fairly prepared for the state of this hotel. It's in a beautiful location, right on a quiet, pretty lake, with a private beach. Our kids loved swimming in the pool and lake and using the kayaks. Also, the staff is exceptional - so kind and helpful. But just about everything at the hotel is in need of updating. The beds were uncomfortable, there are no screens so the bathroom was full of bugs every morning, our shower head was broken and sprayed water all over the bathroom, and the furnishings had all seen better days. Also, while the breakfast was quite good, we generally thought the food was a bit overpriced. All of the facilities, like the beach area, the dock, etc, are a bit shabby. As I said, our kids loved it and it was very relaxing, but I would not have wanted to stay any longer than the 3 days we did.

Brilliant location, excellent value for money, great breakfast, easy to find, feeding the alpacas in the morning was a brilliant bonus. Clean and very comfortable, excellent common areas. Really worth the time

Property was very good !! Equipped with all facilities . Breakfast spread was superb We had food at the restaurant it was quite exceptional in taste . We booked the villa which was lake facing and had a beautiful view . Beachfront was clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful Overall we loved our stay thank you !!

Everything was clear, nice and brought joy :) Apartments was comfortable. The view from balcony was stunning. :) Very good that the balcony is on south side, so sun never wakes up + in room there is air conditioning so there was very comfortable temperature in room :) Overall rating 9/10.
