This multi unit home is right on the beach. The Owner lives next door and was quickly available with the keys. It’s a nice size space with large living area with attached kitchen. There are two bedrooms with closets. Lots of storage in the kitchen. Lots of fans, but no A/C. We were there in February and it wasn’t an issue. Summer may be a different story. There’s a nice deck to view the water. The home is located in a neighborhood right off the main road. The price was excellent. There was a small grocery store and several restaurants within a quick walking or driving distance.

The location of this property was great for the East side! We weren't too from anything!! The views were exceptional, the private rooftop was awesome, it was just spacious enough for 6 of us comfortably! The host was readily available for any questions or concerns, and was super pleasant to deal with! We absolutely loved this place and will book again if we are in the area!!

The house was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet. It was close to everything we needed to get to. Would definitely rent this house again in the future.

Rooms are a bit tired looking and could have used another comfortable chair.
The onsite restaurant was excellent and the hotel staff were so kind.

This place is a dream! True vacation, where you have to worry about nothing. The rooms were stunning the view was amazing. But the people…..are where they exceeded our expectations for our entire stay. Timothy made our stay absolutely amazing with the help of Steban. This trip was for my nieces sweet 16! Timothy made sure we had a cake (she had a very specific request) which he gifted to her and Steban decorated our villa for her birthday. It is a birthday she will remember forever. We did not have to worry about anything, Timothy was available literally 24/7. I will definitely stay here again. You can tell everyone from check in staff to the golf cart drivers absolutely love their job. I thank them for making my famille’s experience an amazing and memorable one.

This small hostel is on one of the side streets that leads to the plaza. So you don't get the direct noise from the plaza but you're right there! It's also a 5-minute drive from the famous Luquillo restaurant row. The king room was very comfortable. All of the details were right on point! The coffee bar/convenience area was such a pleasure. Aside from offering a working fridge, microwave and coffee maker, they also have a couple of mugs and ... wine glasses with a wine bottle opener!
The details let you know there was a lot of love poured into the concept of this room. From the decor to door stoppers, TV, hair dryer, turtles on the duvet. Right in the room there are beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach is a 3-minute walk! Also nearby are restaurants, bars and a cool, open-air area with a small stage with live music right on the beach boulevard.
We got a chance to glance quickly at the room with the bunk beds and it looked very clean and roomy.
Don't forget to have breakfast on the rooftop! You get a small view of the beach, and the wood bunks are just calm. There are rooms up there, as well.

I liked the location—central to many things I was looking to see on the east coast: El Yunque rain forest, the ferry to Vieques... it was on a non-touristy, residential strip across from the beach. I enjoyed cooking there, the kitchen was wonderful. And sitting outdoors on the terrace in the evening, overlooking the ocean.

Marianne was amazing.
Marianne was amazing. She gave us a lot of recommendations for things to see and do. After our trip I realized I forgot our passports in one of the drawers in our room and Marianne arranged a driver to take them all the way to San Juan for us. Above and beyond service.

We were greeted by text by our host Ray the day before we got there, he was so helpful and even sent google maps links to help find the place and gave recommendations on car rental companies. We were greeted by Ray who was very friendly and given the keys to the apartment, the place was amazing! All new appliances and furniture and was SO nice! They made us an amazing homemade breakfast every morning and brought it to our doorstep on silver platters. The host, apartment, area and vacation exceeded far beyond any trip we’ve ever taken! We WILL be booking the same location again as soon as possible! Perfect trip! I rental car is absolutely a must by the way!
