Location is fantastic. The terrace restaurant and the breakfast were excellent and the lobby bar also was great. The room was clean and large enough for us (3 adults). Staff rallied to provide dinner on day of Portugal blackout. Staff also provided a feeling of security during the blackout.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and the whole vibe of the place was nice. The room was nice as well and they’re very pet friendly for an extra 15 euro. They also have tv monitors at the front desk that give flight times and updates. It was a nice touch.

Nice lobby area with complimentary fruit infused ice water & coffee/cappuccino. Breakfast was standard fare but tasty. Friendly staff. We were part of a group that arrived the following day so it was convenient to be there ahead of time and be able to stay in the same room.
