Staff neglected to tell us their air conditioning was not working. Additionally, we had to change from or large room to a smaller room because there were many teenagers running up and down the halls, slamming doors and screaming. Hotel staff did nothing. I asked hotel manager to call me to discuss these issues and never received a call or visit.

The hotel was mostly empty when we arrived on Sunday and we loved it. The lunch on Sunday was cooked for us and it was very good.

Tudo bem, muito obrigado 😊 The staff were all amazingly nice. The hotel was spacious which was great, being there with 2 kids. The room was just big enough for all of us to fit in, for a couple that will definitely be perfect.
