The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. She offered several options to solve any problem that we had and went beyond helpful. Really hospitable and generous. The location is fantastic. Heating, TV and internet worked very well. The apartment is fairly well equipped and spacious for 2 people. There were all of the utensils in the kitchen that we needed to prepare quick meals etc.
