The place was cosy and simple in a good way, the owner was a lovely and friendly lady, who also makes and sells beautiful crafts, the breakfast was good and with great value for money. Perfect location as a hub for an icebreaker cruise nearby. Also seems like a perfect place for summer.

The staff could not of been more helpful, Ellen in the restaurant was so polite and lovely. the girls on reception were also so professional and polite ( I forgot to get their names) the hotel itself is very comfortable with spacious rooms and good facilities. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and the food is exceptional! the breakfast spread is very versatile with every option you can think of. The hotel location is perfect for exploring kalix and is right beside the river which Is beautiful to walk on. Thank you to all the staff for your help with everything during our stay.

It was such a unique experience! Loved the sauna! As we are not accustomed to camping so it was a challenge to figure out how everything worked (even with the instructional video). The host was so helpful and great about answering our questions quickly. I would highly recommend staying here.
