Very bad experience! We sat at the reception for a long time, because the room was not ready, they said we would have a room on the eighth floor, but they gave us a room on the tenth floor, which was not the family room that I had booked! In the end they gave us a room on the fifth floor, it was supposed to be a double bed room with a sofa bed, instead of a sofa bed there was a folding bed! Everything was worn out, the walls, the ceiling, mirror in bathroom were in poor condition! There was no ventilation in the room! And in general, almost the entire staff consisted of a very rude people! The first and hopefully the last such a negative experience for us :(

Liked support from receptionist in evening - excellent. Breakfast was adequate for the day. Location perfect for my work. Good thai and lebanese restaurants in walking distance.

The most important thing for me was that, traveling with a small child, we got a room before the hotel check-in time. This allowed us to calmly and comfortably settle ourselves and the child after the train journey. For breakfast, a large selection and tasty. Everyone will definitely find something for themselves

The staff were sweet to a person! Breakfast buffet was fresh, varied, and plentiful, although the room could have gotten quite loud with other guests. The room was small but well-designed with beautiful furniture pieces. Didn’t miss the lack of a closet/cabinets. Location in Solna was perfect for us visiting friends but I probably wouldn’t choose this place if I wanted to explore Stockholm city proper.
