Had no idea what to expect when booking our week in Izola, or Slovenia for that matter. Now, it is one of our top stays we have had this year, and it is on our list to come back and spend more time in. Great host who met us on check in. It is on the bottom floor or a major apartment complex. Heaps of free parking right out the front. Safe, family area. Living with the locals. Right next to a park and sport facility. It is one of the cleanest places we have stayed in. Set back from the main town, but within very easy walking distance. 2 super markets close by. Such an amazing little town to explore, swim and eat in. We cant say thank you enough for a great stay. Dont be discouraged by the photos of the bedroom. Yes it is small and separated with the sliding door, but we stayed here for 7 nights and actually really enjoyed the set up. Everything we needed was provided. Great wifi, kitchen for cooking. Izola itself is so so so great to explore. 100% recommended

The breakfast is exceptional, with an offer of freshly prepared eggs of your choosing every morning. Everything was very clean and the bathroom is spacious. Parking is offered in front of the hotel and at the lot across the street. The value for money of the hotel is excellent.

The hotel location is great, it takes about 5-6 minutes to walk down to the beach, taking some stairs. The breakfast was great and the staff was always very helpful. We could easily park our car at the hotel parking and we used bikes to get around during our stay, which was provided by the hotel for free (e-bikes have an extra charge of 15euro/day).

Only steps away from the Adriatic Sea, Hotel Aquapark Žusterna is set 1.5 km from the centre of Koper. Featuring a spa centre with free access to indoor and outdoor pools.

Large room at one end of the hotel, which was quiet and with a small terrace. It was a peaceful location with a beach in front and you can walk along the road north from the hotel for a nice coastal walk. I was happy with the food on offer especially for the price paid and there was always plenty of room in the restaurant although the window tables were always "reserved" but I never saw anyone using them. Whilst it's not bang up to date I didn't find it unreasonably dated either. The shower pressure was very good.

Very nice stay. Hotel is very good. Clean and comfortable. However personal approach of the owner along with the perfect dining and wine made the difference. Very good and variable breakfast to complete the picture.
